Vietnamese Meatballs over Crunchy Noodles

Description: These meatballs are prepared as an appetiser dish. The plate includes crunchy noodles, Romaine lettuce, carrots in fish sauce and sweet chilli. It can be seasoned to be very spicy, or mild. The meatballs are made with lean pork mixed with ground browned rice.

Ingredients:
  • Ground pork loin - 1lb
  • Fish sauce - 2T
  • Ginger minced - 1T
  • Lemon grass minced - 1T
  • Chopped garlic - 2 cloves
  • Chopped parsley - 2 T
  • Toasted Rice, ground - 3T
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shredded Romaine lettuce
  • Shredded carrots
  • Fried noodles of angel hair pasta

 

 
Preparation:
Deep fry the angel hair pasts to make the crispy noodles

Prepare pork meatballs

Fry the meatballs and prepare with other ingredients on the plate.
