Description: A classic Italian meat pie - stromboli. This is a simple meal, and paired with the right wine, it's a winner.

Ingredients: Pie crust Active baker\'s yeast - 1pkg Warm water - 1 1/3C Vegetable oil - 1/4C Salt - 1/2t All purpose flour - 5C Filling Dijon mustard - 3T Sliced salami - 12 slices Ground beef - 1.5# Shreaded mozzarella cheese - 4C Oregano - 1T Chopped onion - 1 medium Garlic cloves chopped - 6 Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation: Combine the ingredients in pie crust, coat with oil and bake. Serve with maranara sauce and a hearty wine. For full explanation and cooking instructions, see the video.
