Description: Pan seared Trout Cakes take a bit of preparation, and this recipe uses 3 pans to prep all the parts of the plate. But the results are well worth the effort.

Ingredients: Flaked (cooked) trout - 2C Mashed potato - 3C Eggs - large - 3 Onion - chopped - 2T Green onion - chopped - 1 bunch Chicken soup base - 2t Salt - 2t Sugar - 1t Worchestershire sauce - 1T Wine - 1T

Preparation: Pan sear trout patties Fry grits Fry bacon with greens Watch the video for the specific instructions.
